Terms & Conditions (Membership Agreement) – UNBE
Please read this Membership Agreement carefully before registering on our website.
Parties
a) This agreement is entered into by and between UNBE, the operator of the website www.unbeperfumes.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and
b) The internet user who registers on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”).
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the Member may benefit from the services offered on the website owned and operated by UNBE.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1 The Member declares and undertakes that all personal and other information provided during registration is accurate and lawful, and agrees to compensate the Seller immediately and in full for any damages arising from false or misleading information.
3.2 The Member may not share their password with third parties. The right to use the password belongs exclusively to the Member. Any liability arising from unauthorized use shall rest solely with the Member. The Seller reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages incurred.
3.3 The Member agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the website. Any legal or criminal liability arising from violations shall be borne solely by the Member.
3.4 The Member may not use the website for unlawful purposes, activities that disturb public order or public morality, harassment, infringement of intellectual property rights, or actions that hinder or disrupt the use of services by others (including but not limited to spam, viruses, or malicious software).
3.5 All opinions, content, and statements expressed by Members on the website reflect their personal views only. The Seller bears no responsibility for such content or for any damages arising therefrom.
3.6 The Seller shall not be liable for unauthorized access to Member data or for any damages to Member software or data. The Member agrees in advance not to claim compensation from the Seller for any damages arising from the use of the website.
3.7 The Member agrees not to access or use other users’ software or data without authorization. Any legal or criminal responsibility arising from such actions belongs solely to the Member.
3.8 Members who violate one or more provisions of this Agreement shall be personally liable for all legal and criminal consequences and shall indemnify the Seller against any claims arising from such violations.
3.9 The Seller reserves the right to delete or terminate a Member’s account and remove all related data at any time without prior notice. The Member accepts this right in advance.
3.10 The website’s design, software, and content are the property of the Seller and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. These may not be used, copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
3.11 For system improvement, development, and legal compliance purposes, certain technical data may be collected, including IP address, access date and time, accessed pages, and referring website information.
3.12 The Seller may disclose personal information when legally required or when deemed necessary in good faith to comply with legal processes, protect rights and property, or ensure user safety.
3.13 Although reasonable measures are taken to protect the website from viruses and similar threats, the Member is responsible for implementing their own security measures. The Member accepts responsibility for any damages arising from accessing the website.
3.14 The Seller reserves the right to modify website content, services, or terminate services at any time, as well as to delete stored user data.
3.15 The Seller may amend, update, or terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on the website.
3.16 The parties agree that the Seller’s electronic records shall constitute conclusive evidence in the event of disputes.
3.17 By accepting this Agreement, the Member consents to receive informational communications related to services, products, and updates via electronic channels.
Termination of the Agreement
This Agreement remains in force until terminated by the Member or by the Seller. The Seller may terminate the Agreement unilaterally if the Member violates any provision.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
Effective Date
By registering on the website, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon completion of registration.
