Shipping

UNBE offers free standard shipping on all orders within Türkiye.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following order confirmation. Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery online.

Deliveries are available nationwide, subject to carrier service availability. At this time, UNBE does not offer international shipping. We are continuously working on expanding our delivery zones.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our Customer Care team within 5 business days of receipt, providing your order number and supporting images where applicable. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
