RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the date of delivery and request a refund.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at physical retail stores. If a purchase was made through an authorized third-party retailer (such as a department store or airport location), returns must be handled in accordance with that retailer’s own return policy and should not be sent directly to UNBE.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

All original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact

Any promotional gifts received with the order must also be returned

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in a resalable condition.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized items

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed
Items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Contact Us
Please submit a return request via the Help section contact form, including your order number.

Step 2 – Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange the return process. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Returns made using alternative shipping methods are not eligible for return shipping reimbursement.

Step 3 – Packaging & Shipment
Please securely package the item using the original UNBE packaging or a well-protected box to prevent damage during transit.

We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment. Responsibility for the returned item transfers to UNBE only once it has been received. Items lost in transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For fragrance products, customers must comply with any applicable shipping and labeling regulations imposed by carriers.

Step 4 – Inspection
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item shows signs of excessive or unreasonable use, a partial refund may be issued. In such cases, you will be notified and may choose to have the item returned to you within 28 days at your expense.

Step 5 – Refund Processing
Once your return has been approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method, including the initial standard delivery fee (excluding any premium delivery charges), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided that the return was initiated within the applicable timeframe.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraudulent activity, UNBE reserves the right to:

Contact customers regarding suspicious return behavior

Suspend or deactivate accounts involved in abusive or fraudulent activity
